The reason Keepers exists is to get something done. We don't want to talk and philosophize. We want to understand what golf and golfers need and figure out how to make it happen. Below are some of our projects. You are critical to keeping golf the game that it is. Uncover a need and fix it. Let us know what you're doing. Help us help you. Help us with national or international projects.
Projects
Ball Mark Project (completed)
This was an effort to determine what helped effectively remind golfers to fix their ball marks on par three greens.
Character Building Tool Kit (completed)
This was partially supported by the USGA. Current thinking in character development and education was researched in order to create a practical tool that golf and other organizations could use to determine if they are doing all that could be done to help kids develop character.
The Golf Heritage Fellowship
This is a long term project to fund a year long fellowship in St. Andrews for someone in the golf industry.
The Golf Course Program (planning stage)
To identify and recognize golf courses and clubs who promote golf's core values.
